- - Taiwan's New Chemical Substances Act "Chemical Substance Nomination and Notification" was declared by the Taiwan Administrative and Labor Council on its enforcement as of Oct 31, 2010.
- - Chemical substances manufactured and sold in Taiwan require Nomination or Notification.
- - The aim is to generate the list of existing chemical substances in Taiwan.
- - Currently manufacturers or importers must notify the Taiwanese government of chemical substances manufactured in or imported to Taiwan.
