- - Small and medium businesses in accordance with the Article 2 of the Framework Act on Small and Medium Enterprises
- - (First Step) Small and medium businesses in Gyeonggi region that participates the government R&D for the first time
- - (Leap) Any small and medium businesses with 5 or more employees/sales volume of KRW 500 million
