Certified Reference Materials (CRM)
Introduction
KTR, in accordance with the Article 15 of Framework Act on National Standards, Clause 20 of Reference Materials Producers Accreditation Manual, and Accreditation Requirements of KS A ISO Guide 34, produces and distribute the reference materials including asbestos, rubber hardness, phthalate plasticizer, and paint.
Definitions
인증표준물질 (CRM; Certified Reference Materials) : 공인된 인증서가 첨부되고 각 지정된 양에 대하여 인증값, 측정불확도, 명백히 규정된 측정학적 소급성 고리가 포함된 표준물질
표준물질(RM; Reference Materials) : 하나 이상의 지정된 양에 대하여 충분히 균질하고 안정하여 측정시스템의 교정이나 측정절차의 평가, 또는 같은 종류의 다른 물질의 양의 값과측정불확도를 설정하는 데 사용되는 물질

A laboratory with technological capacity to provide certification value and other characteristic values on reference materials produced under the KS A ISO Guide 34/35 (Public/private organization/corporate)
Reference Materials Producing Laboratory Accreditation Scheme
A national scheme that assess the laboratory applying to produce reference materials and accredit the capacity when the laboratory meets the international standards
Features of Reference Materials Producing Laboratory Accreditation Scheme
The reference materials producing laboratory can produce, certify, and distribute within the acknowledged criteria, using the certification mark of reference materials producing laboratory in accordance of the Guidelines for the Use of Accreditation Mark and Expression of Accredited Organizations
